- Only hand-wash the CROCKERY item(s) especially when unsure with cleaning requirements.
- Hired item(s) must be returned in complete pack, at reasonable clean condition. Strictly no food/sauces remains on item(s). Discuss with us to use our cleaning service where cleaning is not possible at the venue.
- Re-use our protective plastics and boxes (if applicable). Loss of our packaging will result in extra fee, deducted from the Bond.
