Temperature can be controlled by setting the thermostat to your desired degree. Heating and ready indicator lights will switch on/off
For safety and over temperature protection, the device turns off the power if the urn boils dry.
Please keep the device away from children access to avoid burning from hot water. Safety responsibliity is upon the party/event host not Silverlinings Events.
Please turn off the device and wait until drink has cooled down before trying to discard the left over.
It's always recommended to be used only for boiling water. However if you are making hot beverage other than water, you will need to rinse the inside of this device (especially drink that involves dairy product).
When left uncleaned before returning/pickup by Silverlinings Events, we can help to clean for you at extra charge depending how much more work involved. We totally understand how much work after party can be, so don't hesitate to communicate before hand.
