Temperature : 80°c±10°c when the setting is at the maximum

1. Take out the removable insert pot where you put your soup.
2. Pour some water inside (pay attention to max level) and put back the insert pot. 
3. Set the temperature to maximum at first and reduce to the temperate you desire to keep warm. 
4. Keep checking the amount of water if you are running it for long period.

Removable components making it easy to clean. Wipe any food drips on the exterior and simply wash the insert pot with warm water and mild detergent and wipe with cotton cloth after use.

Please note: Cleaning fee applies when returned dirty. Notify us in advance when cleaning is not possible so we will add cleaning fee at lower rate.
